The aim for this project was to design for good.

Come up with a concept app that helps

sustainability.

the outcome

I done Before creating this app, I conducted extensive research, starting with

mind mapping and exploring sustainability and food waste issues. I analyzed

statistics, conducted user interviews and surveys, and researched competitors

like Too Good To Go. To differentiate my app, I focused on a unique approach—

letting users pick their own food to prevent waste. I then developed a value

proposition to define its key features.

Below i summed my research up to the problems and the solutions.

prototyping

Here is what it would look like in an app store. I created this in figma

in the space of a week due to strict deadlines. The app overall let's

people track how much they save and buy foods with huge

reductions nearby to user.

the outcome

When i started to prototype, this app was felt like it was finally coming

together well. I keyed all the main features i wanted and put together

a visual identity for it.
